•We accept both MAC and PC files (Quark, Illustrator, PageMaker, Photoshop, Publisher, Word, Excel, etc.)

•Single, and double-sided projects.

•Full-Bleed images up to 11"x17" available on a variety of materials, including index, cover stock, some coated stocks, overhead film, label stock, etc.

•Enjoy comprehensive services throught the integration of color covers, color and black & white copies, binding and finishing to produce custom marketing and sales presentations, reports, booklets and studies.

•Color copies from originals up to 44" x 84" when used in combination with our Large Format Color Scan process.

Guidelines for Best Results (hard copy)

•Most flat color pieces will copy with clarity and wonderful color.

•Try not to fold items that will be copied.

•Pages remaining in books will show "fall off" at the spine.

Guidelines for Best Results (digital files)

•Premium-grade color can be achieved by using digital files.

•We prefer files to come in as a TIFF, EPS, or PDF, or if submitting application files please convert all fonts to outlines, and include imported graphics if necessary.

•For color critical projects, request a proof or color analysis in advance, or upon ordering.

Turnaround

•"While-you-wait" service is available for many color copy and Small Format Color jobs. Please speak with our color staff to coordinate your production schedule. We will work with you to meet your deadlines.

•For faster turnaround time call the Color Department ahead of time to notify our staff that you will be bringing in time sensitive materials.
